requires for healthy eyesight and skin. A pregnant woman must take 600
international units dose of it daily. As our body is also capable in producing
vitamin D on exposure to sunlight so early morning exposure to sunlight is
equally important for her.
5)
Omega
3 Fatty Acids: - Many kinds of fishes are good sources of natural omega-3 fatty
acid and it is required for developing brains of babies. Non-veg. women can eat
fish during pregnancy but a vegetarian pregnant woman can take capsules that

6)
Vitamin
B12: - Different types of problems such as miscarriages, low birth weight,
restricted growth of baby are result of deficiency of vitamin B12. So doctor
prescribes its 2.6 mcg daily dose to a pregnant woman. Non-veg. pregnant women
